Janet Lailey is currently the Integration Lead at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, bringing extensive experience in commissioning and pathway development within various NHS organizations and the Department of Health. A senior manager skilled in transformational change, Janet has a proven track record in delivering complex projects, fostering high-performing teams, and building effective relationships across multiple sectors. They previously served as Network Director at the North East London Cardiovascular and Stroke Network and have held roles in organizations such as Sue Ryder and the Evelina Child Health Programme, focusing on service implementation and improvement.
