Jim Timpson

Jim Timpson is the Managing Director of Membership at NHS Elect, where they also serve as a Director focused on organisational development and leadership programs across the NHS. They began their career as a Consultant at DPP International and later completed the NHS Graduate Training Programme. Timpson held the position of General Manager at UCLH NHS Foundation Trust, managing various departments including orthopaedics and emergency medicine. They earned a Master of Science in People & Organisational Development and have additional qualifications in organisational development from Roffey Park Institute.
