Joanna Smith

Joanna Smith has extensive experience in outpatient booking and healthcare administration, having worked at Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust since March 2017 in various managerial roles, including Outpatient Booking Office Manager and Team Manager. Joanna has been employed with NHS since February 2004, progressing from Outpatient Booking Office Coordinator to Supervisor and Team Leader. Prior to this, Joanna contributed to British Bakeries from March 1992 to October 2003 as a Team Leader in IT and Booking Office, as well as a Quality Facilitator. Joanna holds a BTEC in Business and Finance from Crawley College.
