John Williams

John Williams is a P3M and digital transformation professional with a profound commitment to project excellence. Frustrated by high project failure rates in the UK, John founded ProjExc in 2005, where they serve as the Lead Consultant and Managing Director, focusing on developing clients' project management capabilities and providing top-tier interim project managers. Previously, John held key positions including Head of Project Management at Nokia and Head of Client Management Services at Bailey Telecom, among others. They are also proud to chair the Midlands branch of the APM, facilitating growth for individual and corporate members. John earned a BEng (Hons) from the University of Liverpool.
