Josh Needham

Josh Needham is an accomplished DevOps and Platform Engineering Lead with extensive experience in designing and deploying multi-cloud infrastructure. Currently, at NHS, Josh delivers cloud-native solutions for clinical and AI workloads using GCP and AWS. Previous roles include leading AI infrastructure projects at N Brown Group, building e-commerce systems for Doctor Care Anywhere, and migrating applications to cloud platforms at Ahold Delhaize and Atos. Proficient in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm), CI/CD pipelines, and various developer languages, Josh has demonstrated expertise across a range of cloud services, data engineering, and security architecture. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Information Technology from Deakin University and a Bachelor's in Business from the University of the Sunshine Coast.
