Katy Frith

Katy Frith is a seasoned HR professional who currently serves as a Human Resources Consultant at Bonitas HR and Interim Head of HR Operations for the NHS. They previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at Havebury Housing Partnership from 2002 to 2020, where they played a key role in developing ambitious HR strategies and contributed to the organization earning the Investors in People Bronze Award and recognition as a top not-for-profit company. Katy began their career as a Trainee Accountant at Larking Gowen Chartered Accountants and has since gained extensive experience across various HR and accounting roles, including as Chair of the NHF HR and Training Forum from 2017 to 2020.
