Kushila Rupasinghe is a Consultant Paediatric Gastroenterologist at King's College Hospital NHS Trust. Trained at UCL Medical School, they obtained an MBBS with an intercalated BSc in Medical Sciences and Psychology and completed an MSc in Advanced Paediatrics with distinction. They hold membership in the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health and are an active member of the European Society of Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition and BSPGHAN. Currently, they lead undergraduate teaching in Paediatric Gastroenterology and serve as a Sub-investigator for clinical trials focused on paediatric inflammatory bowel disease. Additionally, they have a keen interest in transforming healthcare information systems and the integration of artificial intelligence in real healthcare settings.
