Laila Abraham

Laila Abraham is a visionary and proactive leader with a strong background in strategic and operational business change, complemented by a Master's Degree in Business Administration. Laila has served in various senior executive roles, including Head of Risk & Integrated Governance at the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust, where Laila developed a comprehensive risk management framework. Laila's expertise spans numerous organizations, including performance advisement for the Healthcare Commission and positions on the boards of multiple charities and NHS trusts. Currently, Laila continues to contribute as Chair of the Advisory Appointments Committee for the NHS and participates in various governance roles within organizations focused on public service and community support.
