Leon Marsh

Leon Marsh is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in healthcare and management. Currently serving as the Head of Patient and Carer Experience at NHS since June 2023 and as a CQC Specialist Adviser at Care Quality Commission since August 2022, Leon has extensive experience in leadership roles. Previously, Leon was the Director of Hospital & Residential Services at Adferiad from June 2012 to June 2023 and held the position of Therapeutic Manager at Phoenix Futures from August 2010 to June 2012. Leon's educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from Keele University and a BSc (Hons) in Criminology & Psychology from the same institution. Additionally, Leon holds ILM Level 5 qualifications in Leadership and Management from both Bruck Payne Associates and North Wales Training.
