Lexie smith

Lexie Smith is a highly motivated professional currently serving as a Deputy Manager at Sandstone Care Group, a role they have held since 2019. With over three years of management experience, Lexie was recognized as the winner of the HSJ Patient Safety Awards for ‘Best Use of Integrated Care and Partnership Working in Patient Safety’ in 2022. They began their career in a family-run care home at 18 and advanced to a senior position before becoming Deputy Manager. Lexie studied Registered Nursing at the University of Central Lancashire, where they completed their degree in 2020, and currently works in a managerial capacity within the NHS.
