Lorraine Harris

Lorraine Harris is a seasoned manager with extensive experience in policy development, communication, and stakeholder management. Currently serving as the Fraud Prevention Lead at the NHS Counter Fraud Authority since 2017, Lorraine has demonstrated a proven ability to deliver innovative, evidence-based policy solutions while collaborating effectively with various stakeholders. With a background in NHS Protect as a Policy Lead since 2007, Lorraine has also held senior roles in quality assurance and compliance across both public and private sectors. Lorraine holds a Master's degree from London South Bank University and a Bachelor's degree from The University of Manchester, complemented by ongoing studies at Oxford Brookes University.
