Lynne Dean

Lynne Dean is a self-employed professional with extensive experience in social work and management. After qualifying as a teacher, Lynne began their social services career in 1979 and held various roles, including team manager and interim director, across several regions in the UK. Lynne also worked as a Deputy Regional Director at the Department of Health and contributed to the Joint Review Team from 1999 to 2002. Currently, Lynne serves as an Independent Chair for Continuing Health Care Reviews for NHS England and engages in volunteer work while maintaining an independent contracting role.
