Matthew Donaghy

Matthew Donaghy has extensive experience in healthcare commissioning and organisational development. They served as a Project Manager at the House of Commons from 2000 to 2002, followed by a role as a Senior Management Consultant at Deloitte from 2003 to 2006. They were the Researcher Development Manager at the University of Nottingham from 2006 to 2009 and held the title of Director of Commissioning Support at NHS in 2011. Currently, they are pursuing an Executive Coach (Level 7) qualification at the British School of Coaching and continue to impact the healthcare sector with innovative leadership. Matthew holds a PhD from the University of Liverpool, earned between 1995 and 1999.
