Matthew Hatton

Matthew Hatton is an Honorary Professor in Clinical Oncology at the University of Sheffield, where they have served as a Consultant and Honorary Reader since 2013. They have been a Consultant Clinical Oncologist at NHS since 1997, specializing in the non-surgical treatment of lung and breast cancer. Additionally, they hold a position as a Consultant in Clinical Oncology with NHS Professionals. Matthew's research interests focus on functional imaging for lung cancer radiotherapy and innovative radiotherapy fractionations, including leadership roles in various national radiotherapy studies. They received their MBChB degree from the University of Leeds from 1981 to 1986.
