Munya Chigwada

Munya Chigwada is a Specialist Psychotherapist currently working at the NHS Trauma Service and in private practice, with a strong passion for improving mental health outcomes. They have extensive experience in treating a wide range of mental health issues, including depression, trauma, and anxiety disorders. Previously, Munya served as a Specialist Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor at the NHS from 2009 to 2011, as well as in various roles focused on integrating psychological interventions with physical health care. Munya is currently pursuing ongoing education in psychosocial interventions, cognitive therapy, and trauma therapy.
