Nathan Newman currently serves as the Head of Procurement at NHS since September 2023. Prior to this role, Nathan held various positions at the UK Ministry of Defence, including Senior Category Manager and Senior Commercial Manager, from April 2017 to October 2023. Nathan's career also includes experience at BT, where roles encompassed Category Manager and Senior Buyer from March 2012 to April 2017, and at Openreach as Contract and Suppliers Manager and Operational Manager from September 2008 to March 2012. Nathan holds a Master’s degree in Procurement & Supply from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, attained between January 2014 and January 2017, as well as a Project Management qualification from PRINCE2 completed in 2008.
