Pawan Randev

Pawan Randev is a GP with extensive experience in cancer care, clinical education, and quality improvement. They served as a GP Partner and Trainer with the Transforming Cancer Services Team from 2012 to 2017, focusing on enhancing early cancer detection and patient care in primary settings. Previously, they led the Primary Care team at the North West London Cancer Network, contributing to cancer diagnosis initiatives. Currently, Pawan works as the GP Cancer Lead for the East Midlands Cancer Alliance and East Midlands Cancer Network, where they are involved in educating primary care teams and improving cancer delivery systems. Pawan holds multiple medical degrees, including an MB ChB from The University of Sheffield and MRCGP with distinction.
