Pete Sears

Pete Sears is an experienced Advanced Therapy Practitioner currently working at Wiltshire Health and Care LLP since March 2021, and also with HCRG since April 2025. Previously, Pete served as Clinical Lead at Wiltshire Health and Care from April 2017 to June 2021, providing expert clinical case management for patients with multiple Long Term Conditions. Additionally, from March 2021 to June 2021, Pete worked as a Locality Lead Therapist and Occupational Therapist at NHS. Prior experience includes an Occupational Therapist position at South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust from January 2006 to June 2010, where clinical leadership was provided to peers and junior staff. Pete holds a Master of Science in Advanced Clinical Practice from the University of the West of England and a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Coventry University, along with additional qualifications in Facilitating Workplace Learning from Oxford Brookes University.
