Shaun Williamson

Shaun Williamson is an experienced catering operations professional, currently serving as Catering Operations Manager at NHS since January 2021. Prior to this role, Shaun held the position of Catering Manager at Plymouth City Council for a brief period and worked as General Services Manager at Sodexo private and Independent Schools. Shaun has extensive experience in the defense sector, having served as Services Manager (Contracts) for Sodexo Defence from 2009 to 2019, managing services within a PFI contract. Shaun's career began in the Royal Marines, where service extended from 1985 to 2009. Education was completed at Reepham High School in Norfolk between 1980 and 1985.
