Shawkat Hasan

Shawkat Hasan is a dedicated GP Partner and Clinical Director of GP Out Of Hours, actively involved in medical education as an Associate Director. They serve as a Committee Member at Tayside Local Medical Committee and have held various leadership roles at the Royal College of General Practitioners, including Vice Chair and Communications Lead for the East of Scotland Faculty. Currently, they are the Clinical Lead for Urgent Care at Dundee Health and Social Care Partnership and a Medical Advisor for RNLI. Shawkat has also contributed to the educational landscape as a GP Educational Supervisor at NHS Education for Scotland and has been affiliated with the University of St Andrews as an Educational Supervisor and OSCE examiner. They hold an MBChB degree from The University of Dundee.
