Tom Edgell

Tom Edgell is currently the Locality Director for the NHS, responsible for strategy and coordination across multiple NHS trusts in the south-east. Previously, Tom served as the Senior Regional Manager at NHS Improvement and held various roles at Monitor, focusing on financial and governance issues within NHS foundation trusts. Tom's earlier experience includes positions as an Audit Manager at Grant Thornton and a Principal Auditor at the Audit Commission. Tom holds a Professional qualification in Public Finance and Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accounts and a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies from The University of Reading.
