Una Dalton

Una Dalton is a Fellow of the CIPD and an experienced HR and corporate professional with a strong record in senior roles within the NHS. They have held significant positions such as Head of Corporate Human Resources at NHS England and Director of Development/Deputy Chief Officer at NHS Lambeth Clinical Commissioning Group. Currently, Una serves as Programme Director for Workforce and Immunisations at South West London ICS and as Programme Lead: Interim in the NHS. Their expertise encompasses business development, transformation, people management, and organizational development, with a notable ability to communicate effectively and deliver results. Una earned a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from Kingston University.
