Videha Sharma is a Clinical Lecturer at the University of Manchester, where they also currently serve as a Clinical Innovation Lead. They co-founded Fava Health in 2023 and have held various roles, including Clinical Research Fellow from 2019 to 2022, and National Medical Director’s Fellow at the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management from 2022 to 2023.
