William Taylor

William Taylor is a healthcare professional with over 25 years of experience, currently serving as the Chief Medical Officer at NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire since 2022. They have been a General Practitioner since 2007 and have held various leadership roles, including Vice-Chair for both the Solihull and Birmingham health and wellbeing boards. Prior to their current positions, they were the Clinical Director of Integration at NHS Birmingham and Solihull Clinical Commissioning Group, focusing on transformation in primary care, community care, and urgent care. They earned their MBChB in Medicine from The University of Birmingham in 2000.
