Joseph Hatchuel has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Joseph currently serves as the Chief Alliance Officer at Ni2 since 2019. Prior to that, Joseph was the Co-founder, President, and CEO of Ni2 from 2003 to 2018. Before joining Ni2, they worked at MetaSolv Software as the VP of Worldwide Business Development from 2001 to 2003. In this role, they focused on international market penetration, developing and implementing go-to-market strategies, and establishing strategic partnerships. Joseph also co-founded Lat45 Information Systems Inc. and served as its President and CEO from 1999 to 2001, until it was acquired by Metasolv. In this role, they built and grew an infrastructure inventory management software business for service providers in the telecom space. Lastly, at BAGH Technologies, Joseph co-founded, and as President and CEO, built a VAR company focused on 3D graphics software solutions. Joseph developed business plans, go-to-market strategies, and navigated a highly competitive industry.

Joseph Hatchuel attended Polytechnique Montréal from 1978 to 1982. Joseph earned a degree in Civil Engineering during this time. No specific field of study was mentioned.
