Empowering Marginalized Youth: The NIACE Foundation Journey
NIACE (Nurturing Innovative Action on Career and Education) Foundation has been set up in year 2015 to carry out Human Resource Development, Skill Development and related field. NIACE Foundation is a Society Registered Under Society Registration Act 1860 vide registration number UK06603092020004653 at Nainital, Uttarakhand and working in Multiple states viz. Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Bihar, Odisha etc. . We at NIACE Foundation are working exclusively for betterment and social upliftment of socially marginalized and under privileged youth i. e Person with Disabilities, BPL Rural Youth, Tribal etc. by skilling and counselling to bring them to the mainstream.

By Skilling and Counselling we can increase the employment rate among them. Increasing the employment rate among this socially marginalized group will help promote social inclusion and reduce negative attitudes from others. These Youth from this Socially Marginalized community offer any Organization a unique advantage, by helping them strengthen, sensitize, and diversify their workplace. They bring in creativity, innovation, commitment, and varied perspectives on how to confront challenges. They are also immensely loyal to their organizations, and thereby help Organizations reduce costs related hiring and training.
