Robert Doyle is a professor at Niagara College Canada, where they share their extensive knowledge of the brewing industry. They co-founded Harmon's Craft Brewing in 2021 and previously co-owned High Road Brewing Company from 2014 to 2021. Robert also served as a head brewer at both Niagara College and Mill Street Brewery and worked as a QA technologist for Sleeman Breweries. They hold a Master's of Science in Brewing & Distilling from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Windsor.
