Daniel Andersson

Daniel Andersson is the current Head of Acquisitions at Niam AB. Prior to their current role, they served as the Head of Real Estate Corporate Finance at Arctic Securities from June 2017 to October 2020. Before that, they were the Executive Director, Head of Capital Markets, Sweden at CBRE from May 2010 to May 2017. From May 2007 to April 2010, they were the Acquisition Director Nordics at GPT Halverton. Daniel's career began as a Consultant in the Nordic Capital Markets at Jones Lang LaSalle from June 2000 to May 2007.

Daniel Andersson has a Master of Science in Real Estate Economics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a degree from Bond University.

Daniel Andersson reports to Jennifer Andersson, Managing Partner. They work with Michael Berthelsen - Country Manager, Denmark, Jens Skovlunde - Head of Asset Management, Denmark, and Mathias Pedersen - Chief Financial Officer.
