Kirke Saar

Kirke Saar currently serves as the Chief Information Officer and Head of IT at Nordic Investment Bank since January 2021. Previous roles include Head of Networks and Chief Technology Officer at Telia Norge, where responsibilities encompassed integrating network organizations and overseeing network services for Norway, along with serving as the Chief Technology Officer for Telia Estonia. Kirke also held key positions such as Head of Application Services at Telia, focusing on internal and external IT services, and served on various supervisory boards, including TalTech Digital Supervisory Board, ELASA, and SK ID Solutions. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Eesti Energia, Microsoft, Swedbank, and Oracle Baltics. Kirke holds multiple degrees in Business Administration, Economics, and Law from esteemed institutions, including the Stockholm School of Economics and London Business School.
