Magnus Andersson

Magnus Andersson is a seasoned expert in sustainability and environmental management with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Sustainability Adviser at the Nordic Investment Bank since February 2007, Magnus actively contributes to the advancement of sustainable financing across the Nordics, EU, and globally. Prior roles include Senior Environmental Analyst at the Swedish Export Credits Guarantee Board, where Magnus developed expertise in environmental and social reviews for projects in developing countries, and CEO of Magnus Andersson miljökonsult, where Magnus conducted environmental risk assessments. Additionally, Magnus spent a decade at ÅF AB as Project Leader in Environment, managing comprehensive environmental projects, and began the career as an Environmental Engineer at Stora Papyrus Mölndal AB, significantly reducing industrial emissions and wastewater discharges. Magnus holds degrees in Industrial Technology/Technician from the University of Gothenburg and Blekinge Institute of Technology.
