Robin McCann

Robin McCann is currently serving as a Risk Analyst in Portfolio Credit Risk & Analytics at Nordic Investment Bank since September 2025. Previously, Robin worked as a Quantitative Analyst focusing on risk modeling at Fortum between April 2022 and September 2025, where responsibilities included quantitative model architecture, validation, and the development of in-house Python packages. Robin also had a role as a Business Control and Data Analyst Trainee at Wärtsilä, contributing to the creation of live performance dashboards and data forecasts using neural networks, and gained early experience as an Elder Care Assistant at Äldreboendet Skräddaren Umeå. Robin holds a Master's degree in Insurance and Financial Mathematics and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, both from the University of Helsinki.
