Bart Smit

Bart Smit has extensive experience in technical consulting and software development, currently serving as a Senior Plus Technical Consultant and Lead Developer specializing in Mendix and PHP at Nibble IT since August 2025. Previously, Bart held the position of Lead Programmer and Business Analyst at Bloembollenkeuringsdienst BKD from August 2005 to July 2025, and worked as a Senior Plus Technical Consultant at Nibble-IT from February 2002 to February 2024, focusing on system design, database administration, and programming. Bart began the career as a System Designer at Elegant Group from August 1997 to December 2001. Bart holds a degree in Higher Informatics from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, completed in 1997.
