Amber Klompmaker

Amber Klompmaker is currently the Sustainability Officer at NIBC Bank, where they focus on ESG reporting and strategy. They serve as a member of the stakeholders' body at De Nationale APF since 2023 and previously held a trainee board member position at Stichting Molenaarspensioenfonds from 2022 to 2023. Amber's earlier roles include an internship in financial support at Politie Haaglanden and a position as an administrative assistant at De Keyzer Zekerheid in 2016. They earned a Master's degree in Economics & Governance from Universiteit Leiden and another Master's in Financial Law from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam.
