Dung mac

Dung Mac has a wide range of work experience in the field of Salesforce engineering and consulting. They started their career as an intern at Finntax in 2011, where they gained experience in business process management. In 2012, they joined CRM-plus as a SFDC Team Lead Consultant and Project Manager, working in this role until 2016. They then joined Accenture and worked as a Senior Salesforce Analyst from 2016 to 2017, and later as a Senior Salesforce Consultant and Team Lead from 2017 to 2020. Currently, Dung Mac is working at NIBC Bank as the Vice President and Lead Salesforce Engineer, starting in 2021.

Dung Mac obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business & ICT from Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended ROC de Leijgraaf from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in System Administration. In addition to their education, Dung Mac has also obtained various certifications, including Scrum Master (PSM1) from Scrum.org in an unknown year, SAFe 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile Framework Certification Training in 2018, Apttus CPQ 320 Solution Design from Apttus in 2017, Apttus CPQ essentials 201 from Apttus in 2017, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant from Salesforce in 2015, and Salesforce Certified Administrator from Salesforce in 2013.
