Mark Sprink

Mark Sprink is an experienced professional in customer services and operations management, currently pursuing degrees in Management Economics and Law at Inholland University of Applied Sciences and Organizational Sociology at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. They held various leadership roles at NIBC Bank from 2025 to 2021, including Director/Manager for several departments, where they utilized their expertise as a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt. Prior to that, Mark served as a Senior Consultant at ING and held positions at other firms such as Nationale-Nederlanden and Delta Lloyd. They are also the owner of Sprink Consultancy and completed a management leadership program at IMD in 2022.
