Sanjeev Binda

Sanjeev Binda is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate and credit analysis. Currently serving as Associate Director and Vice President at NIBC Bank since May 2016, Sanjeev specializes in financing real estate projects exceeding EUR 25 million and providing innovative solutions to property developers in the Netherlands. Additionally, Sanjeev is a member of the Investment Committee for Stichting Pensioenfonds NIBC and previously held the role of Credit Analyst at Rabobank Groep, where responsibilities included structuring secured loans and analyzing credit risks. Sanjeev's career began as an Analyst at FGH Bank, following roles in consulting and product management, underpinned by a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
