Sara Kellendonk

Sara Kellendonk is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at NIBC Bank since September 2016, Sara leads strategic HR projects and programs. Prior to this, Sara held the position of HR Manager at Redevco B.V., where responsibilities included developing HR processes and leading projects related to performance management and corporate responsibility. Sara's earlier roles included project management in both recruitment at Randstad and urban redevelopment at the Municipality of The Hague, as well as experience in internet sales management at Rabobank. Sara's educational background includes a Master's degree in Bedrijfseconomie from Universiteit Maastricht and participation in prestigious leadership programs at IMD.
