Dylan Jones

Dylan Jones is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer service and retail management. Currently serving as a Pricing Specialist at NIBCO INC. since November 2022, Dylan was recognized as the 2023 Customer Service Representative of the Year for previous work as a Customer Service Representative. Prior to NIBCO, Dylan held the position of Hardlines Supervisor at Kohl's for a brief period in 2022. From April 2012 to April 2022, Dylan was with Lowe's Companies, Inc., excelling as a Retail Management/Sales Specialist and notably recognized in the Lowes Specialist Million Dollar Club in both 2018 and 2019. Dylan graduated from Elkhart Central High School with a high school diploma in July 2011.
