Steve Noto

Steve Noto is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience at NIBCO INC., spanning from August 1993 to the present. Currently serving as Senior Director of Advanced Technology, Steve manages a team of engineers focused on acquiring new manufacturing equipment and overseeing significant investment projects. Previous roles include Director of Advanced Technology, where specification and implementation of new manufacturing technologies were key responsibilities, and Corporate Engineering Manager, managing design and development teams for new products. Additional experience includes managing product and process engineering teams and serving as Plant Services Manager. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
