Steve Weesner

Steve Weesner has a diverse work experience in retail sales and account management. Steve began their career at Menards in 1995, where they held various store operations management positions until 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they served as a Buyer/Category Manager, overseeing multiple product categories and playing a role in new product development. In 2014, they briefly held the position of Assistant General Manager. In 2015, they joined NIBCO INC., starting as a Channel Manager - Retail for a few months before transitioning to the role of National Account Manager - Catalogs. In this role, they managed national catalog/industrial customer accounts, developed sales strategies, and maximized sales and profitability. Steve then became a Key Account Manager for NIBCO in 2020, and currently holds the position of Director Of Retail Sales.

Steve Weesner earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington between 1988 and 1992.
