Amanda Pimentel

Amanda Pimentel has worked in various roles since 2004. Amanda began their career as an Estagiária at the Câmara Municipal do Rio de Janeiro, then moved on to a Coord. Administrativo/Financeiro role at Abreu Advogados Associados in 2006. In 2008, they became a Gerente Comercial at Consultoria TEC Informática, and then a Consultora at Alterdata in 2011. In 2013, they became a Gerente de Negócios at Grupo Asserth, then a Gerente de Contas at Microcity in 2014. That same year, they founded empoderarh and became a Headhunter at Petra Group - Executive Search. In 2015, they joined Nibo as Head of People & Culture, and also held roles as Headhunter and HR Manager & Head of CSM. Finally, in 2022, they became the Diretora de Gente, Gestão e Cultura Organizacional at Boa Vista Investimentos.

Amanda Pimentel has an education history that includes a MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas with a focus in Marketing from 2011 to 2013. Amanda is currently pursuing a Master's degree in MPA from Fundação Dom Cabral from 2019 to 2021, and is also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration of Companies from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2018 to 2021. Additionally, they are pursuing a Graduation in Psicomotricidade from UNIASSELVI from 2020 to 2024, and has a Master Coach, ICI certification from ICI - International Association of Coaching Institutes from 2014 to 2015.
