I help people talk about hard stuff more easily through Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) courses, bespoke training, and professional speaking engagements | www.nicbloom.com

From Olympic athletes to TEDx speakers, Australian Government departments to Warner Bros—I've got to train over 15,000 people across NAB, ANZ, BHP, PwC, Telstra, J.P. Morgan, Grant Thornton, Boston Scientific, 100+ schools, and more.

My journey started young, witnessing my mum's mental health struggles. Years later, I was present for a dear friend's psychological distress that tragically led to her suicide. Their journeys motivated me to leave an unfulfilling corporate career and throw myself into work I truly believe in.

MHFA Courses
✱ I teach people how to better understand mental health challenges, practice de-escalation skills, and navigate difficult conversations with clarity:

1. Full Standard (12hrs) - Online, face-to-face, or hybrid
2. Refresher (5hrs) - For MHFA graduates
3. Specialised (4hrs) - Suicide, non-suicidal self-injury, or gambling focus
4. Engaging Leaders (2hrs) - Helping leaders understand MHFA training benefits

Bespoke Training
✱ I design workshops to strengthen your team's capacity for leadership, psychosocial risk mitigation, conflict resolution, crisis response, and more—tailored exactly to what you need.

Speaking & Media
✱ I keynote speak, MC and host major events including ANZMH and Australia's National Loneliness conferences, with features on ABC Radio National and Australian Financial Review.

Consulting & Advising
✱ I advise government bodies, organisations, and communities on health and wellbeing initiatives through consulting, committee work, and lived experience expertise.

Based in Australia, working worldwide, I give people confidence and competence to have the conversations that matter | www.nicbloom.com
