Andrew Hoff

Andrew Hoff currently serves as Sr. General Manager at Tyler Technologies since April 2021, previously holding the role of General Manager for the NIC Division. Hoff has extensive experience at NIC Inc., starting in July 2007, where responsibilities have included General Manager and Director of Operations & Marketing, overseeing various teams such as customer service, finance, and project management, while also managing annual business plans and budgets. Additionally, Hoff has served as Director of Creative Services, leading the design and content development team for the State of Indiana's web portal, IN.gov. Hoff holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Indiana State University, awarded in 2007.
