Lee Tompkins has extensive experience in leadership roles within technology and licensing sectors, currently serving as the Director of Regulatory and Platform Solutions at Tyler Technologies since April 2021, alongside holding the position of Vice President of NIC Licensing at NIC Inc. since 1999. Previous roles include Vice President of Licensing and General Manager at Kentucky Interactive, LLC, and earlier positions in strategic alliances and operations across multiple companies such as NIC Canada and Alltel Information Services. Lee Tompkins' academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and an Associate of Arts in Military Science/Liberal Arts from the New Mexico Military Institute.
