Nolan Jones

Nolan Jones is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations, currently serving as the General Manager of the Kansas Information Consortium at NIC Inc. since November 2006. In this capacity, Nolan oversees company operations, strategic planning, business development, and new technology implementation, while also managing partnerships and fiscal responsibilities. Previous positions include Director of eGovernment Innovation and General Manager for Louisiana Interactive, as well as senior roles at Tyler Technologies and En Technologies, where operational management and legal counsel were key responsibilities. Additionally, Nolan served as Chief Information Officer for the Colorado Department of Revenue, directing IT functions and managing a significant annual revenue collection. Academic credentials include a JD from Seattle University School of Law and a BS in Political Science and Government from the University of Washington.
