Simran also worked at ItCentral Inc. as an HR Recruiter from November 2012 to February 2014. In this role, Simran maintained relationships with clients, specialized in full life-cycle recruitment of IT positions, and prepared timely reports on employment activity.

Simran's earliest work experience was at EcomNets Inc. where they worked as an HR-Information Technology Recruiter from December 2010 to September 2012. In this role, they executed HR department operations, built and maintained client relationships, and focused on business development.
