Deborah Thatcher has extensive work experience in HR management. Deborah began their career in 1992 as an HR Manager at BAE Systems, Inc. After working there for five years, they moved on to Nice-pak International, where they held the role of HR Manager from 1997 to 2013. Deborah then advanced to the position of HR Director, where they focused on business relationship management and delivering HR strategies in an FMCG multi-site organization.
Deborah Thatcher attended De Montfort University from 1988 to 1992, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Management. In July 1994, Deborah obtained a certification from De Montfort University in the field of CIPD. Additionally, in June 1994, they obtained another CIPD certification from the CIPD institution.
