Aaron Rice

Aaron Rice currently serves as the GM CXone Expert at NICE, where the focus is on enhancing customer experiences through self-service knowledge. Prior to this role, Aaron held various leadership positions at MindTouch, including CEO and COO, and served as General Manager at Family Park S.A. From September 2002 to August 2007, Aaron worked as a Manager at KPMG. Education includes an ACCA degree in Accounting and Finance, a Higher Diploma in Business Administration and Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, and a Master's degree in Anglo Irish Literature from University College Dublin. Aaron is also pursuing a degree in Germanistik at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
