Alan Chase

Alan Chase currently serves as a Senior Manager of Customer Success at NICE inContact, a position held since January 2018. Prior to this role, Alan amassed over two decades of experience at Fidelity Investments, where duties included serving as Director of Platform Administration and Support and Workforce Systems Manager, among other positions. Alan's career began in call center operations, evolving through various management roles. Alan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Norwich University, earned between 1991 and 1995.
