Alon Hefetz is a ServiceNow Architect and Full-stack Developer with extensive experience in technical support and system analysis. They began their career as a Technical Team Leader in the Israeli Air Force from 2006 to 2010, followed by roles at Hewlett-Packard and Teva Pharmaceuticals. From 2016 to 2022, Alon worked as a ServiceNow Developer at Dicomano Labs and is currently serving as a ServiceNow Tech Lead at NICE Ltd. Alon holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering, earned in 2015, and previously studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at ORT Colleges from 2004 to 2006.
